Workshops

Due to the nature of our workshops selling out, we do not offer refunds. Within 72 hours notice we are able to move you to a different workshop, but no refunds are given. Workshops are transferable. Please let us know if someone else will be coming in your place.

Custom Branding Items

All custom items will have a proof submitted for approval prior to the work being done. We work very hard to exceed your expectations. Refunds will be processed on a case by case basis for Branded items. We do not guarantee a refund on any branded items, but we will always work with our customers to achieve satisfaction.
